Sugarcane Juice



Sugarcane juice is a refreshing and healthy drink that is popular in India and other parts of the world. Here's a simple recipe for sugarcane juice:

Ingredients:



  • 4-5 sugarcane sticks, peeled and chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:



  1. Wash and peel the sugarcane sticks and chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, add the sugarcane pieces and water and blend until the sugarcane is finely chopped.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth to extract the juice.
  4. Add lemon juice and sugar (if using) to the juice and stir well.
  5. Serve the sugarcane juice chilled with ice cubes.

Note: 

You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste preferences by adding more or less sugar. You can also add mint leaves or ginger to the sugarcane juice for added flavor. To make the juice more nutritious, you can also add a pinch of salt or black salt, which helps to replenish the body with minerals lost due to sweating during hot weather.
