Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Optional: chopped nuts, rosewater, or saffron for garnishing
Instructions:
- In a blender, add the plain yogurt, cold water, sugar, and cardamom powder, and blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice cubes are crushed and the lassi is frothy.
- Pour the lassi into glasses and garnish with chopped nuts, rosewater, or saffron, if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Note:
You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste preferences by adding more or less sugar. For a thicker lassi, you can use Greek yogurt instead of plain yogurt.
